TERMS:
1. Rebates will be issued after payment for job is received by Mall Silks.
2. Freight and packaging are not included within the totals for the rebate program.
3. Rebates will be paid at the end of each fiscal quarter after the $100,000 goal is met.
4. Rebates are payable to the NIN Member Company only.
5. Sales invoiced between 1/1/09 and 12/31/09 will be included in this program.
6. Past due invoices will not be eligible for rebates.
